Infant & Toddler Swimming
The standard infant and toddler swimming program titled “Pirates of the pool,” which is aimed at children from 6 months to 4 years, contributes, through the involvement of parents in pool games along with their children, to their proper development and relaxation, and to boosting their self-confidence.
The Grand Hotel Palace, by offering services of premium quality, providing spacious rooms, placing emphasis on cleanliness and staff responsibility, and offering free parking and playground facilities, contributes in many ways to the success of this effort. Those in charge of the program are properly qualified, trained, and specialized in infant and toddler swimming, hold a university degree in Physical Education, as well as a first aid training certificate and lifeguard degree, while the project leader has been trained by the AUSTSWIM Australian educational institution on swimming issues that refer to children and safety in the water.
The infant and toddler swimming contributes to the motor, muscle, and neuropsychological development of infants and toddlers, in order for them to develop a stronger heart and lungs, as well as power and endurance, while it also improves coordination and agility. Swimming also strengthens the children’s immune system and reduces the incidence of sickness, boosts their confidence and sociability, as well as helps them in following a regular sleeping and eating schedule. However, among the most important benefits of the program are the strengthening of the bond between the child and his or her mother or father. A bond that creates happy, cheerful, and good-natured children.
